Northern District Council Aux Flyer Creation
To ensure all promotional materials are created accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner, all auxiliaries must follow the flyer submission process below.
- SUBMISSION TIMELINE • All flyer requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. • Requests submitted less than 30 days before the event may not be guaranteed completion. • Revisions must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the draft.
- REQUIRED INFORMATION Each flyer request must include the following:
✓ Auxiliary/Department Name ✓ Event Date(s) ✓ Event Time(s) ✓ Event Location (if it is outside of hosting event center/church) ✓ Theme or Scripture (if applicable) ✓ Guest Speaker(s) Name and Title ✓ Registration Information (if applicable) Attachments: ✓ Any Special Backgrounds ✓ High-Resolution Photos (PNG or JPEG format) Chairperson and Guest Speakers ✓ Contact Person Name (Person to contact with questions and to submit draft)
- PHOTO REQUIREMENTS • Submit clear, high-quality photos. • Screenshots from social media may not produce the best results. • Photos should be submitted at the same time as the flyer request. • NO AI PHOTOS WILL BE ACCEPTED
- REVIEW AND APPROVAL • A draft flyer will be provided for review (allow 72 business hours for preparation) • Final approval from Sfg. Bishop Wilbert Reed and Bro. Ryan Owens, must be received before distribution.
